will list your home contingent upon you finding another home. We highly
recommend that you go to a mortgage company for pre-approval on your next
mortgage. Knowing you have your financing arranged will give you peace of
mind. Once we receive a purchase offer that is acceptable to you, we can
reply to the offer and accept it provided you find suitable housing within
a specific period of time. If you cannot find another home to purchase,
the contract becomes null and void. |
