Appreciation Day cook-out for all of our clients. All
the food is homemade, not catered. We also give away many door
prizes. We refrain from talking about business during this event. We
want our clients to have a great time, and enjoy the food, contests
and door prizes. We have a twist contest, talent contest, etc.
- We offer free faxing, copying and notary services
to all of our clients, whether you are currently working with us or
have worked with us in the past.
- We will assist you with refinancing questions
and help direct you to the right lender for your situation.
- We keep in touch with all of our clients for
years after the closing, giving continuous updates on the market as
a whole as well as the market in your neighborhood.
- We will supply you with an amortization chart free of
charge. This will help you see how to save thousands of
dollars in interest. This will allow you to compare how much money
you can save in interest and years on the loan by making a small
additional principal payment.
