After touring a few homes, buyers have a tendency to confuse the amenities and styles of one home with another. This is very easy to do after viewing several homes. We make sure the buyer remembers your home! This process takes about ten times longer than the traditional fact sheet; however, your home deserves to stand out in the minds of buyers.

 

 

We have a system for obtaining as much feedback on all the showings of your home. Each agent that shows your home will receive a questionnaire, regarding the buyer's likes and dislikes in comparison to other homes on the market in your price range. This information is as important to you as it is to us and we will keep you informed on a weekly basis.

 

 

One of the buyer's frustrations is not being able to obtain an address of an advertised property. We recognize this and have eliminated the frustration. Upon a buyer's request, a complete fact sheet about the requested property will be sent to them within 24 hours. The more information we can distribute about your home, the sooner we can put a sold sign in your yard.
