Tina has more than 15 years of experience in serving persons with disabilities and this experience has enabled her to better assist her clients in assessing the adaptive requirements needed to transform a standardized house into a fuctionally accessible home. Second, Tina specializes in assisting clients in locating investment properties and in assisting investors in developing creative financial solutions that make the real estate transaction a win/win situation for the seller and the buyer. Tina is also a member of the Real Estate Investors Association (REIA) of Columbus. Tina is e-Certified with Prudential Real Estate Affiliates, Certified Destination Services Specialist, Certified Marketing Assistance Specialist and Certified Relocation Inventory Specialist. Tina has earned an undergraduate degree in Computer Information Systems from DeVry Institute of Technology, a graduate degree in Administration from Central Michigan University, and will complete her Ph.d. in Applied Management and Decision Sciences from Walden University by May of 2005.
