Roberta has achieved one of the highest degrees in the real estate industry, the CRS designation, Certified Residential Specialist; only 5 in 100 Realtors® have this designation. She also has the following certifications with Prudential Real Estate Affiliates: Certified Destination Services Specialist, Certified Marketing Assistance Specialist, Ceritfied Relocation Inventory Specialist and e-Certified. Licensed as a full-time agent since 1979, with over 27 years of experience. Awarded one, five, and ten million dollar awards from the CBR and several awards from the OAR. Roberta has closed over $55 million in single sided transactions. Roberta has been married to J.D. Melvin for 34 years. They have two sons, Jerry and Kelly, who married wonderful ladies, Debbie and Tina. Roberta's son Jerry and her daughter-in-law, Tina, are license Realtors also.
